The Greenwich Lane project located in New York City was a large-scale residential development spread across five buildings. The enabling works included the demolition of the former St Vincent’s hospital. The scope of works included the construction and fitout of 195 apartments and 5 luxury six storey town homes. A shared 95,000 square foot continuous cellar accommodates amenities, parking, and mechanical rooms. The fitout included high end interior finishes; solid wood flooring, full height timber wall panelling, ceramic tiles and marble stone. The development is brought together with a landscaped central courtyard.
