Our construction management model focuses on a collaborative approach where we create an open transparent relationship amongst the project team – client, designers, and consultants. The day-to-day management of a construction site is a critical part of the building process. At Pro-Spec our project and site managers ensure each of our construction sites are most importantly a safe place to work for everyone and the highest standard of works and systems are implemented on a daily basis.
Our project and site managers play a hands-on role in ensuring all our projects are delivered professionally throughout each stage of the building process; set up, substructure, superstructure, fitout, external works and final handover to our clients.
The co-ordination and management of trades is crucial, and if on site co-ordination is not of the required standard it leads to various issues including;

Reworks to correct defective work.
At Pro-Spec we spend a lot of our time ensuring the detail is correct before works even take place, weeks and months in advance. We look at each drawing logically and apply our site and tradesman experience to establish if the construction detail is correct or presents concerns.

Good quality design drawings and specifications are key, along with highly skilled tradesmen to deliver and implement the design documents. However, the site management and on site co-ordination amongst all trades is of the upmost importance in delivering high quality projects. Our experienced on site management team play a hands on approach ensuring efficient communication and co-ordination of the project team is implemented daily through the various project stages.
