Commercial Maintenance Project

The RSA driving test centre and offices in Waterford required upgrade works of various building elements including firestopping, insulation, roofing, and windows/doors to ensure compliance with public building code. Pro-Spec inspected and carried out detailed site surveys to review site conditions and develop a specification of works. Pro-Spec were contracted to complete extensive fire stopping works of all above ceiling penetrations and fire rated zones, roofing repairs to existing valleys/penetrations and repair of window/door mechanisms. Pro-Spec liaised with the Office Public works to attain certification of all completed works on completion.
