Pro-Spec provided construction site management for this 18-unit residential development. The design comprised of four blocks of terraced houses and extensive external works. Existing services was a major challenge to overcome with high voltage infrastructure requiring major diversion to facilitate the development, this was overcome with a vast amount of preplanning, ongoing liaison with utility suppliers and successful on site co-ordination. The development has a traditional suburban layout, with high quality communal landscaped gardens and a new residents car park.
