Phase 1 of the Elderwood residential development involved the progression of site services, access road and footpaths. This development was a green field site that required mains foul and surface water drainage, ESB connection, telecom connection, mains water connection, street lighting and completion of tarmacadam road and pedestrian routes. All services required detailed design and agreement with the relevant utility companies (Irish Water, ESB, Openeir) and local Authority. All ducting and infrastructure works were completed to the satisfactory requirements of each utility supplier. These works were in three phase as co-ordinated with other scheme works, during phase 2 main road connection took place which required road closure licences and agreement with local authority. Pro-Spec oversaw all works including co-ordination, implementation, and commissioning of all site services.
