Residential - Private Housing Development

This bespoke residential development consists of five luxury detached homes. Pro-Spec oversaw all works on this project as we were contracted to project manage the development through the procurement, tender and construction phase. Each dwelling was built to A2 BER standard, planning requirements and building regulations incorporating high spec finishes including bespoke kitchens, bathrooms, stairs, joinery and floor finishes. Pro-Spec oversaw all construction works from groundworks through to co-ordination and completion of all finishes, landscaping, and all site external works.
