Calver Court located in North London was delivered on a design and build basis. The construction works included the demolition of 16 apartments and the construction of a new 3000m² four-storey apartment block. The building included eight spacious ground and first-floor duplex maisonettes. Piling was required to facilitate the concrete structural frame and poor ground conditions. The upper floors comprised of 19 apartments all fitted out with kitchens, flooring, bathrooms and fully decorated. Each apartment has a self contained balcony along with a communal car park. This project was completed within a populated residential area, ensuring minimal impact to the surrounding area and effective site logistics was a key success factor.
