Commercial Refurbishment Project

Brooklands College situated in Southwest London, is one of Surrey’s largest providers of third level vocational training and further & Higher Education. The scope of works involved the complete refurbishment of two buildings on the campus while adjacent buildings and above floors remained in use. Phase 1 comprised of the strip out and complete refurbishment of a three-storey building into an open plan reception area, social area, library, new IT suites and acoustic studios for TV, drama, and music. Works included façade restoration, replacement of windows and doors, mechanical and electrical fit out, internal partitioning/suspended ceilings and complete fit out of furniture and equipment. Phase 2 involved the complete refurbishment of a single-storey library, which was converted into a construction trade training centre, with training rooms for bricklaying, carpentry and electrical.
