Residential - Public Housing Development

The Barnet Infill housing development was a design and build project. The scope of works was to design and construct 10 No. residential units consisting of both two storey and single storey dwellings. The enabling works included demolition of existing garages, asbestos removal and diversion of utilities. The houses were constructed in timber frame with brick facades and composite cladding finishes. The bungalows were fully wheelchair accessible and adapted internally to suit the end user needs. The dwellings were fully fitted out to the client’s requirements including kitchens, bathrooms, flooring and fully decorated.
