Civil Engineering, Utility Connections and Landscaping

The civil works package at 1 Elderwood included bulk excavation, boundary treatment, substructure works, utility service/connections and completion of driveway, patio areas and landscaping. The site at first was a sloped green field site. Phase 1 included site excavation works to form new levels and civil engineering works to ground floor level including reinforced foundation’s, sub floor, radon barrier, drainage, underfloor heating, insulation and screed. As part of our scope of works we oversaw the completion of all site works including connection to site services, garden and driveway edgings, concrete footpaths, patio areas, external lighting, retaining walls and final landscaping.
